Brian Morris

Operations manager/Founder

              Brian Morris was born in Sylacauga, Alabama, attended Fayetteville High School and graduated in 1989. After graduation he began his career in an industrial setting that lead him to a career with DeShazo Cranes, the largest manufacture and service provider of overhead cranes in the United States. He next began working at Integrated Power Services which is the nation’s leading independent provider of repair and maintenance services for electric motors, generations, and mechanical power transmission components. Brian managed and led multimillion dollar projects across the Southeast and gained extensive knowledge in the service industry.

               In 2012, he realized that he could only give his customers a certain level of loyalty and service working in these positions. Brian developed BC Industries LLC and decided to give the customers what they deserve and what they expect in an industrial maintenance company. He takes pride in his relationships and treats our customers like friends and family. He oversees the sales and management of all jobs for BC Industries.

               Brian knows the meaning of service and shows it in the projects we perform and how he interacts with our customers. He takes pride in our work and is proud to say that we have repeat business with all of our customers. He is an asset to BC Industries and a leader in the field of service.

               Cherise Morris, a native to the Birmingham area, studied Accounting at Jeff St. Jr College.  In 1995 she owned and operated a successful children’s furniture and bedding store for the next 7 years. This store was recognized as the largest specialty children’s store in Alabama and received several awards for growth in sales.  For the next several years she was the office manager and then promoted to inspection’s manager for a large overhead crane company.

               Cherise is the owner of BC and oversees the daily operations of the company. She is focused on providing the best service to our customers and providing a safe and rewarding environment for our employees.

Garrett Ponder

Sales Rep

             Garrett Ponder grew up in Chelsea, Alabama all his life. He graduated Chelsea High School with an advanced degree in 2013, and has now graduated Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Management in 2017. Garrett now works full time with BC Industries as a sales representative, and looks to use his knowledge learned at Auburn to help further the business for the future. Garrett not only handles sales, but also helps out in other areas where he is needed like operations and safety.

Danny Hill

Sales Rep

Danny was born and raised in Walnut Grove, Alabama. He went to West End High school and graduated in 1985. He attended Snead State Junior college for two years and also attended Auburn University. Danny has been in the industrial business for over 20 years with experience in sales and labor from Deshazo, Integrated Power Services, Toyota Materials Handling, and other industrial companies that has given him the experience to be qualified to help BC Industries in many ways. Danny has five children: Daniel, Michael, Taylor, Kristy, and Brandon. Danny loves working with people and is motivated to take BC Industries to the next level. Danny will be primarily focused on sales, but will also work with other operations of the business.
